We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clothing items must have tags attached
  • Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items
  • A 15% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@coolbreeze.com to initiate a return
  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

14-Day Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
